I am writing you this email to thank you for having chosen so wisely in appointing Suzanne Bolton as your Constituency Assistant.On October 6th, 2010, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Ontario Service Center in Newmarket while trying to re-register myself and my family with OHIP. I wrote a letter of complaint to you and to others about the experience and the first person to get in touch with me on the issue was your assistant Suzanne. Through her attentive style and efficient professionalism, Suzanne had arranged an appointment for me, with Katerina Tsangaris,the Programs Manager for the Service Ontario Center. Within 38 mins. my daughter and I were re-registered with OHIP as our applications were processed by a wonderful gentleman named Francis.
While it was unfortunate that my family and I were treated so rudely by a government employee in the Newmarket Service Ontario Center, the final outcome is that I learned that Service Ontario has some top quality individuals ( specifically Katerina T & Francis D ).
Most importantly, my faith in our Provinces Institutions,in its leaders and in its representatives, is now re-established, due to the exceptional work and follow-up by Suzanne Bolton, Constituency Assistant to your worthy office and undoubtedly an invaluable asset to your team! Please make certain she receives a copy of this email and let her know I really appreciate all she has done for us.
